About Us

Dhaliwal & Associates Land Surveying was founded in 1997 by Sukh Dhaliwal, MP. In addition to being a practicing BC Land Surveyor, Mr. Dhaliwal is also registered as a Professional Engineer with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and he is the sitting Member of Parliament for the constituency of Surrey-Newton.

At Dhaliwal & Associates we have an experienced team of technicians, survey crews, and office support staff under the leadership and guidance of Mark Dailey, BCLS and Lorin Levac, CLS, BCLS.

Mark Dailey is an engaged and active member of the Association of British Columbia Land Surveyors (ABCLS) having previously chaired the Continuing Professional Development Committee for several years. Mark was recently elected to a two-year term as a Member at Large on the ABCLS Board of Management, and has subsequently been appointed to the ABCLS Bylaw and Policy Committee.

Additionally, in recognition for his efforts to help to plan and host the first virtual ABCLS Continuing Professional Development Program at the 2021 ABCLS AGM, Mark was awarded the prestigious G.K. Burnett award for "Service to the Profession".
