Strata properties are very common in British Columbia with over 1.5 million people currently living in strata housing in our province.
Strata developments can consist of either residential or commercial units. In urban areas stratas can be more complex developments consisting of both residential and commercial units.
Residential stratas typically include condominiums, townhouses, duplexes and single family homes. A strata development of single family homes is known as a Bare Land strata, or strata subdivision.
Commercial stratas can include office complexes, shops or light industrial and manufacturing.
In addition to preparation of preliminary and final strata plans, we also prepare supporting strata documentation including Schedules of Unit Entitlement (Form V) and Voting Rights (Form W), as well as strata plan amendments and subdivision of strata lands.
