Topographic Surveys

A topographic survey is a graphic representation of natural and man-made features located on a parcel of land. Most construction projects are based off the information provided by a surveyor's topographic plan.

The information shown on a topographic plan will be used in the design and approval process by engineers, architects and municipal approving authorities. Therefore, it is important to have a good topographic survey on hand before you start your next project.
